Jeremy is a registered patent attorney with ten years of legal and intellectual property experience. Jeremy focuses primarily on representing clients in patent matters related to software and electronics, with an emphasis on computer networking, wireless communications, and medical technology.
Jeremy's practice includes preparing and prosecuting patent applications, handling ex parte appeals before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, handling post-grant review proceedings for both petitioners and patent owners before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and handling appellate matters at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Jeremy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University's School of Engineering, where he graduated in 2004. Jeremy continues to code on occasion, and has worked to develop various pieces of software to assist the firm in its day to day activities.
Jeremy attended law school at Seton Hall as a Distinguished Scholar, achieving his Juris Doctor in 2007. Jeremy began his legal career as a civil litigator before joining Tillman Wright in 2008.
